下肢深静脉血栓治疗进展

摘要

下肢深静脉血栓（DVT）是血管外科临床实践中一种常见且具有潜在严重危害的疾病。其不仅可能因血栓脱落引发致命性肺动脉栓塞（PE），还常导致远期的深静脉血栓后综合征（PTS），表现为下肢慢性肿胀、疼痛甚至溃疡，严重影响患者的长期生活质量和功能状态。本文立足于当前最新临床研究证据与指南共识，旨在系统综述DVT在抗凝治疗、导管直接溶栓、机械血栓清除、支架植入等综合治疗领域的最新进展，并对不同治疗策略的适应证、疗效与局限性进行探讨，以期为临床实践中DVT治疗方案的进一步优化与选择提供有价值的参考依据。
