生活垃圾焚烧炉烟气脱酸——“半干法 - 干法”组合工艺的特征研究

摘要

生活垃圾焚烧炉烟气中的SO2和HCl排放,可以通过“半干法-干法”组合工艺来进行脱除。本文对某500t/d焚烧炉,进行了烟道中不同位置的酸性气体浓度测试和飞灰组成测试,来展现该组合工艺的技术特征。主要实验结论有:用化学法烟气取样、配合离子色谱测试,可以有效测试高水分烟气中的SO2和HCl浓度。焚烧炉烟气中富含O2和水分,会引起半干法塔内脱酸倾向生成CaSO4, 而抑制CaCl2的生成,且飞灰中生成的氯盐主要是NaCl和KCl。组合工艺展现了“先半干法塔主要脱SO2,后干法技术侧重脱HCl”的先后步骤特征,研究结论对后续开展脱酸技术的优化与升级,有一定的基础实验数据的参考价值。
