影响学生交际意愿的多维教师因素探析—以大学英语课堂为例

摘要

课堂互动是二语习得的重要路径，而学生的课堂交际意愿（Willingness to Communicate, WTC）则是保障互动质量的关键变量。本文以某高校109名00后非英语专业大一学生为研究对象，采用问卷调查法，辅以课堂观察，探究其课堂交际意愿的整体水平及其主要教师影响因素。研究结果显示：受试者整体WTC水平较高；教师情感支持（如耐心激励、积极情绪）、教师专业素质（如内容呈现清晰、等待时间适宜）以及课堂任务特征（如实用性、适度难度、趣味性）均显著影响学生交际意愿。研究建议英语教师应从情感支持、教学策略和任务设计三个层面协同发力，以有效提升学生课堂交际意愿，增强教学实效。
