红色文化资源在云南幼儿园的开发与利用：现状、挑战与策略

摘要

红色文化是新时代爱国主义教育的重要载体，在学前阶段传承红色精神具有重要意义。基于云南省1122名幼儿园教师的问卷调查，研究发现教师对红色教育态度积极，但在资源利用与教学实践中存在“知-行”脱节现象，城乡间资源获取与教学创新差异显著，红色故事、歌谣等语言资源使用较多，实体资源利用不足。教师面临能力不足、设备匮乏和协同育人机制缺失等困境。为此，提出从教师培训、目标引导、教学创新与多方协同等方面入手，推动红色文化资源在幼儿园中的有效开发与融合应用，助力幼儿全面发展。
