以胰腺癌综合诊疗为例:探讨 CBL 教学案例的撰写思路与教学实践

摘要

案例为基础的学习(Case-Based Learning, CBL)是培养医学生临床思维与科研能力的核心教学方法。本文以一例真实的“晚期胰腺癌伴肝转移”患者诊疗过程为主线,系统阐述如何将复杂临床病例转化为结构清晰、具有临床治疗策略及科研思维能力培养的CBL教学案例。重点分析了案例撰写的关键要素,包括结构化设计以模拟临床决策流程、引导性问题设置及教学组织方案建议,将多学科诊疗、循证医学及肿瘤免疫治疗等现代医学理念融入案例教学。本案例实践表明,一个精心设计的CBL教学案例能有效引导学生从诊断推理、治疗策略选择到晚期患者全程管理进行深入探究,是实现医学教育从理论向实践跨越的高效教学工具。
