家校关系为何走向紧张与疏离:基于教师与家长视角及权力结构的分析

摘要

家校协同育人是提升教育质量的重要路径,但现实中家校合作常面临教师与家长合作互有阻碍、双方关系紧张或者疏离等困境。本文以家校协同育人的互动情境为背景,从教师与家长两种视角出发,分析家校协同育人过程中合作受限的多重因素。在此基础上,进一步从权力结构视角探讨家校关系紧张与疏离的生成机制。文章旨在为理解家校协同育人中的关系困境提供分析框架,并初步探讨改善策略,为改善家校关系、构建更加有效的家校协同育人机制提供参考。
