亚甲基四氢叶酸还原酶基因多态性与糖尿病肾病的相关性研究

摘要

目的:探讨亚甲基四氢叶酸还原酶(MTHFR)基因多态性与糖尿病肾病(DN)的关系。方法:采用标准的酚-氯仿-蛋白酶K法提取外周血DNA;分别用PCR—RFLP法检测50例正常对照组、51例糖尿病肾病(DN)组和47例糖尿病非肾病(非DN)组MTHFR基因C677T多态性;遗传平衡吻合度检验用Hardy-Weinberg平衡法。采用卡方检验分析基因多态性与DN的相关性。并比较各组间MTHFR基因C677T基因型频率和等位基因频率。结果:①各病例组MTHFR基因C677T的CT基因型及T等位基因频率显著高于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05);②病例组之间MTHFR基因型及T等位基因频率差异无显著性(P<0.05)。结论:MTHFR基因C677T多态性与糖尿病肾病并发症密切相关。
