“游泳肩”损伤机制与防控体系研究

摘要

本研究旨在深入剖析竞技游泳运动中“游泳肩”(Swimmer’s Shoulder)的复杂损伤机制,并基于此提出竞技游泳医疗保障体系的构建与优化策略。通过系统梳理运动医学、康复学、生物力学等多学科在游泳损伤预防、诊断、治疗及康复中的应用现状,对比分析国内外竞技游泳医疗保障体系的差异,并探讨智能化技术在损伤早期预警与精准医疗干预中的研究进展。研究目标为:建立损伤风险的因果关系模型、优化运动技术生物力学分析、提升智能健康管理水平、完善多学科协同保障体系,从而有效预防与治疗运动损伤,保障运动员职业健康,推动竞技游泳运动的可持续发展。
