Siewert II 型食管胃结合部腺癌纵隔淋巴结转移规律及影响因素的研究进展

摘要

食管胃结合部腺癌（adenocarcinoma at the esophagogastric junction, AEG）是一种具有独特解剖学特征的恶性肿瘤，其侵袭性生物学行为尤为突出。其中，纵隔淋巴结转移作为重要的转移途径，不仅会显著提升肿瘤分期，更使术后复发风险增加。当前对于SiewertⅡ型AEG的纵隔淋巴结清扫范围仍存有争议，本文通过系统分析肿瘤位置、肿瘤体积及侵犯食管距离等影响纵隔淋巴结转移的关键因素进行综述，以期为SiewertⅡ型AEG患者的纵隔淋巴结清扫策略提供新的思路和临床指导。
