阴道菌群与子宫内膜异位症的相关性研究进展

摘要

子宫内膜异位症是一种常见的慢性妇科疾病，其特征是子宫内膜组织在子宫腔外生长，导致严重的痛经、慢性盆腔疼痛和不孕症，严重影响育龄期妇女的生活。目前没有可靠的非侵入性方法来诊断子宫内膜异位症。最近越来越多的证据表明，阴道菌群与子宫内膜异位症的存在关联。阴道菌群参与子宫内膜异位症的具体机制可能涉及免疫炎症、脂多糖、雌激素、阴道菌群代谢产物等。目前，可通过抗生素、益生菌、益生元及阴道菌群移植等方法调节阴道菌群，可能帮助治疗子宫内膜异位症患者。本文就阴道菌群与子宫内膜异位症的研究进展进行综述，以期为子宫内膜异位症的预防、诊断和治疗提供新的思路。
