基底细胞癌治疗与预后恶化的研究进展

摘要

基底细胞癌(BCC)作为临床最常见的皮肤恶性肿瘤,早期规范治疗后预后良好。然而,局部晚期、侵袭性亚型及转移性病例仍面临治疗手段有限、预后恶化风险高的临床困境。本文系统综述了当前BCC治疗领域的最新进展,深入剖析了导致预后恶化的关键危险因素,旨在为临床优化治疗策略、改善患者预后提供参考依据。
