颅内动脉瘤血管内治疗方式进展

摘要

颅内动脉瘤是由于局部血管异常改变所引起的脑血管瘤样凸起,其破裂会引发蛛网膜下腔出血及具有高致残、高致死率的脑内血肿,是神经外科领域长期以来的严峻挑战。根据流行病学数据显示,颅内未破裂动脉瘤的年破裂率约为1%,且随着动脉瘤直径的增加、患者存在SAH病史,其破裂风险均呈指数级升高。近三十年来,颅内动脉瘤的治疗方式经历了从开颅夹闭到血管内治疗的变革,近年来又围绕支架制造工艺如雕刻支架、编织支架、血流导向装置、瘤内扰流装置,支架与涂层材料进行深入探索。本研究针对颅内动脉瘤血管内治疗的研究的近年发展进行综述,以此为临床治疗提供参考。
